The terminal ends of our custom designed laminated shunts can be secured by solder dipped ends, swaged, and riveted copper clips, or a welded construction. We can also supply electrical shunts with loose ends and tinned or silver-plated contact surfaces. Through press bonded lamination, we improve the electrical conductivity of our shunts.

Custom bus bars can be plated in tin, silver, or nickel to suit specific applications. Based on your ampacity and voltage requirements, we manufacture a range of single and multi-layered electrical bus bars. Our experienced designers will assist customers in developing product designs or develop prototypes from client specified drawings. Laminated bus bars can be built to any set of customer specifications.
Custom design and manufacture of braided flexible connectors has been our specialty since 1992. Our made-to-order flexible connectors deliver maximum power outputs at half the resistance levels of the connectors currently available in the market. They are supplied bare or tin-plated, with shrink-wrap, hose, or fiberglass sleeving in different sizes. Dry jumpers and furnace cables are available too.
Our battery connectors and copper bus bar connectors fit any specific shape or application. Though we mostly work on customer supplied blueprints or drawings in DXF, PDF, or DWG formats, assistance is also offered for designing the final product to exact specifications.
